This original restaurant is located 15 km from the capital Ibiza, in a tiny typical town in the interior of the island. The restaurant is set up inside what was an old 17th century country house, all whitewashed, like the Ibizan houses. It has been restored with taste and detail. The place is beautiful. It has a small terrace, with palm trees scattered around it, which create an atmosphere of peace and freshness. Especially its balcony, where it is difficult to get a table. At night, they put candles and beautiful tablecloths, recreating a sensational atmosphere. You eat very well.
Their dishes are signature cuisine and impeccable. The dishes are delicately presented. Highlights: the Salad with goat cheese, Prawn Salad, Duck Confit, Deer Ossobuco, Cod confit with vanilla, Sorbet with Cava.
Good wine list and good service. Dinner is about € 40 / person. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
